All of our appointments are conducted via telehealth which means you can receive psychiatric care through your phone or computer. All new patient forms will be completed online as well.

Merry Mindset is an integrative psychiatric practice dedicated to safe, holistic, evidence based care.  All patients are required to have a primary care physician to follow up with for diagnosing and treatment of general health conditions.  Depending on the situation, lab work or an EKG may be required before starting medication. Repeat labs may be required for any conditions or medications that require on-going monitoring of serum concentrations. We are not fans of utilizing benzodiazepines as on-going treatment for anxiety due to the long terms risk of memory deficits, addiction potential and drug to drug interactions. The goal will always be to safely taper off of the benzodiazepine once a patient has transitioned onto a safer long-term medication to manage anxiety or sleep. Our goal is to help our patients heal in the safest way possible.
